Free Quotation

Send us your plans (click here).  We are able to provide a free quotation service for the steel requirements for your project.  Each quote is appraised by two of our team – a Quantity Surveyor and a Project Manager.  This gives us the confidence to provide a fixed quote for your project.

Site Measure

Our Project Manager will come to site and measure, with builder assistance, to ensure any issues specific to your project will be addressed.  The types of questions we target are levels, holes for wood attachment, post and cleat orientation, interference, crane access, etc.  A typical turn-around time from site measure to installation for a residential house is three days.  This enables the measurements to be taken from the bottom of actual framing, block walls or panels without holding up the job.

Shop drawings

Typically, all projects are drawn up by the Project Manager.  This minimises any details being “lost in translation”.  The drawings are of a standard that is acceptable by Architects and Engineers who often require a copy as part of the contract.

Fabrication  

Our steel is fabricated by our team of qualified tradesmen and apprentices.  Welding is done to the appropriate standards.  We pride ourselves on accurate fabrication that allows rigging to proceed smoothly and efficiently.

Delivery

Noble Engineering Services is able to deliver to site.  We have our own trucks and have arrangements with HIAB and crane operators who specialise in steel handling.

Installation and erection 

We are able to rig all jobs we quote.  Our clients are pleased with the efficiency and speed of our installations.  Our safety record is unblemished, and we have had no incidents to date.  Our goal is to work with the builder to ensure no down time occurs, and the builders are never held up waiting on the arrival of steel.
