Henry Truter
Project Manager & Director

Henry is a qualified heavy steel fabricator.  After serving his apprenticeship with Cape Steel Construction, he has since been exposed to a broad range of engineering – structural steel fabrication, platework, pipework, sheetmetal fabrication, machine building and engineering maintenance. Henry was employed as an apprentice training officer on a De Beers’ mine which has stood him in good stead to oversee the training of a number of apprentices at Noble Engineering (including Apprentice of the Year three times). Out of work hours, Henry enjoys a game of golf – achieving a 6 handicap when living in South Africa and is the 2010 handicap matchplay Champion for Pakuranga Golf Club.

Geoff Webber
Project Manager & Director

Geoff studied engineering in the 1970s.  He then spent some time in the field of industrial chemistry where he held positions in R&D (developing the original in-house painted Colortile for AHI roofing), Manufacturing and Marketing Management.  A return to engineering saw Geoff join Noble and work his way into the position of Project Manager. Geoff’s pastimes include yachting (delivering a yacht to the USA and Auckland – Suva race) and maintaining a lifestyle farm in the Bombay Hills.

Zhao (Linda)
Quantity Surveyor & Director

Linda is the third, and equal partner, in Noble Engineering. Since Linda started with Noble Engineering, she has completed her studies as a Quantity Surveyor (Bachelor of Construction Economics).  This, combined with her excellent attention to detail, ensures all of our quotes are accurate and comprehensive.  Her previous experience as an accountant and auditor in China ensures our accounts are well looked after. Linda is fluent in Mandarin.
